KPMG Turkey is searching for Personnel Specialist / Assistant who will be ‎performing in Human Resources Department.‎

Qualifications:

University Graduate

Has deep knowledge on Turkish Labour Law & SSK Regulations

Experienced in personnel affairs for 2-3 years‎

Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Good command of English

Ability of analytical thinking and good at reporting

Multi-task oriented, self-motivated

Completed military service for male candidates

Job Description:

Mainly responsible for official notifications, reporting and other related ‎correspondences,‎

Entering and updating information on HR systems,‎

Conducting monthly SSK reports,‎

Responsible for all legal processes of recruitment and resignations,‎

Preparing İAB, EK-1, EK-2, EK-8; İş-kur,‎

Following-up personnel affairs procedures & files,‎

Following-up vacations

Conducting private health issues
